Red Stone Global (Pty) Ltd manages the Baraka brand, commercial enquiries, customer communication, sales coordination and transport arrangements to the designated delivery point agreed with the buyer.

2. Packing and bottling

Baraka Spring Water is packed and bottled by Blue Disa Trading 871 CC trading as Palmietfontein, in Dullstroom, South Africa.

Palmietfontein handles the packing and bottling of Baraka Spring Water according to agreed product specifications and applicable food safety and drinking water standards.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted to mean that Red Stone Global (Pty) Ltd or the Baraka brand owns the water source, land, bottling facility or Palmietfontein business, unless stated in a separate signed written agreement.

 

3. Website use and product information

The information on this website is provided for general commercial information purposes only.

We take reasonable care to keep product information accurate and updated, but specifications, packaging, pricing, availability, lead times, transport arrangements and export requirements may change.

Final product details, prices, quantities, payment terms and delivery arrangements must be confirmed in writing before any order is accepted.

Certification documents, water quality reports or compliance documents may be made available on request, where applicable.

 

4. No medical claims

Baraka Spring Water is bottled drinking water.

Nothing on this website should be understood as medical advice or as a claim that the product can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or medical condition.

 

5. Enquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a binding order or supply agreement.

An order is only confirmed once Red Stone Global (Pty) Ltd has issued a written quotation, invoice, pro forma invoice or supply agreement, and the buyer has accepted the relevant terms in writing.

Minimum order quantities, lead times, packaging requirements and transport arrangements will be confirmed per order.

 

6. Pricing, payment and delivery

All prices are subject to written confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, prices may exclude VAT, transport, insurance, duties, clearing costs, customs charges, port charges, export documentation and other third-party costs.

Payment terms will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, invoice or agreement. No goods will be released unless the agreed payment conditions have been met.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Red Stone Global (Pty) Ltd will arrange transport of confirmed Baraka orders to the designated delivery point agreed with the buyer.

The delivery point, delivery cost, delivery date, offloading responsibility and any special delivery requirements must be confirmed in writing before dispatch.

Risk in the goods will pass to the buyer at the point agreed in the relevant quotation, invoice, delivery instruction or supply agreement.

 

7. Export and private label opportunities

Export enquiries and private label opportunities are handled on a quotation and contract basis.

The buyer, importer or appointed agent is responsible for confirming destination-country import requirements, customs requirements, labelling requirements, product registration requirements and any other applicable regulations, unless Red Stone Global (Pty) Ltd has expressly agreed in writing to assist with specific requirements.

No private label rights, distribution rights, agency rights or exclusivity rights are granted through this website or informal discussions. Such rights must be recorded in a signed written agreement.

 

8. Returns, storage and quality concerns

The buyer must inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or collection.

Any damage, shortage, incorrect product or quality concern must be reported to Red Stone Global (Pty) Ltd in writing within the period stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or agreement.

Products must be stored in a clean, dry and cool environment, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, chemicals, fuel, odours, pests or anything that may affect product quality or packaging.

For hygiene, safety and traceability reasons, bottled water that has been opened, tampered with, contaminated, incorrectly stored, exposed to heat, repacked or handled incorrectly may not be accepted for return unless required by law.

 

9. Intellectual property

The Baraka name, logo, label design, website content, images, videos, prospectus material, wording, graphics and brand identity belong to Red Stone Global (Pty) Ltd or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, alter, sell or use any Baraka brand material without written permission.

 

10. Privacy, liability and governing law

When you submit an enquiry or contact us through the website, we may collect personal information such as your name, company name, email address, telephone number, country and enquiry details.

We will process personal information according to applicable South African data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Red Stone Global (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on website information, third-party links, logistics delays, export delays or commercial decisions made from general website information.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
